I’dk how much i believe this, but i have transformed into a tea drinker. well technically i’ve always drank tea, my mother used to have high tea for us every day during the summer at 4. but then coffee seemed cooler so i lost interest, but after my body started rejecting milk, i needed a new wind down drink, so i drink it almost every day. tea doesnt need milk or cream or sugar or even a fancy machine to make it brew. just hot water and a cup to hold it and maybe a spoonful of honey.
